So I have a MacBook Air 2013, the internal SSD stopped working a while back, so I got an external SSD (Samsung T3) and have been booting and running the latest version of Mac OS high Sierra without any problems. I'm on 10.13.6. I downloaded the Mac OS Mojave installer last night and tried installing and I get this error "You may not install to this volume as the computer is missing a firmware partition". The drive is greyed out.
What should I do? How can I resolve this?
