I live Downtown. When using internet on my phone (iPhone 11) at home, it connects to my internet. If I'm somewhere else, it obviously connects using data.

Lets say I'm a block or two away, I can't use the internet on my phone. It tries to connect to my home internet but it can't because it's to far away.

At that time I want to look something up using data, but it only will use my network which is to far away.

I guess I can go in and manually turn off internet each time, but i was thinking if the phone can't connect using WiFi, it should use data automaticlly, not just say it can't connect.

What can I do to make my phone connect to the internet using data if WiFi is not available?

Thank you

Very, very sorry it took me so long to answer back. I already have that checked. That's the problem, it's not working.

Thank you for replying.
