Can’t use gift card balance on iTunes?

I added a £15 gift card. Shows in my balance, but won’t let me use it to pay for movies it only shows my card?

Any ideas?

If you have Apple Pay enabled it does show Apple Pay with the credit card but it uses the credit from the Apple account

It won’t show it but it’ll take it from your Account balance first. This issue is probably part of the reason why they are bring back the iTunes pass soon.
