Can't use Youtube on T-Mobile?

Sorry if this has been discussed, but I couldn't find a definitive answer.

I am able to use Youtube when on Wifi, but when I go to EDGE, I can't connect/search Youtube. I'm on T-Mobile with 5.99 T-zones.

Am I missing something, or am I a complete moron who didn't RTFM?

Nor can I. And there is a way to run youtube over edge. my friend has an iphone with tmobile and he is running 2.0 software (first gen iphone) and has the 5.99 tmo web plan and youtube works. I have the same thing, but youtube doesn't work...but my edge is faster than his.
