Hello everyone!

I would like to introduce a new update of my app - CaptureLinker
It's an app that allows you to stream HDMI content from your Mac/iPad to Vision Pro
It use UVC capture devices such as HDMI capture boxes.

Today's update includes a important improvement — 4K/60 support.
This brings high-quality content streaming to your Vision Pro.
(The video doesn't do it justice since Vision Pro only records at 1080p/30)

P.S. I personally use it for PS5, which the picture quality is much better than using Remote Play.

Hope you like it, here’s the App Store link:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/capturelinker/id6667107864

It's free to try with a one-time payment to unlock all features.

If you want to learn more, please check out the website as well:

Thank you!

I don't know if the capture hardware or Apple's API supports a 3D HDMI display on your app, but if it could, I'd encourage you to support 3D if you already don't. Those of us with 3D Blurays and 3D TV's are getting nervous that our TV's will one day fail and not be replaceable. Also 3D content looks better on the Vision Pro since it can natively support 1920x1080/eye without the left image leaking into the right eye and vice versa.

Although it's possible to have 3D side-by-side video and render as 3D in Vision Pro, 3D Blu-ray's HDMI input probably won't work due to HDCP.

Thanks. I'll give your app a try. I have some home made Blurays of my camcorder videos that are not copy protected.

I was going to give this a try.

I have a capture device I use to take the HDMI output from an Apple TV to my Mac via USB C and watch via the QuickTime app. It works fine.

I installed Capture Linker on my iPad Mini and connected the capture device output to the iPad. Apple TV then showed in your program. Unfortunately, the picture itself was upside down. Didn't try to send to my AVP. Thoughts? Did I miss something?
