Car adapter?

I have a Blaupunkt car stereo which does not have an MP3 input on the front. However,it does have an input on the back (according to the manual) which I can supposedly use to attach my Touch.
What kind of adapter do I need?
Will this also charge my 2g IPT?
I'm guessing I'll end up with a cord dangling out of the bottom of my dash, but I can live with that.

Check Apple Store accessories - Cables & Docks - Monster iCable for Car (Mini to Mini) for iPod/iPhone. Or you can get a 1/8" or 3.5mm cable from amazon.com, Radio Shack, etc.

No, you will not be able to charge ipod touch.
