Car Charger Suggestions

Has anyone used a charger such as this one to charge your touch in the car

I am thinking this maybe a good idea, I could also use it to charge my cell phone as well

Are there any other recommendations for a car charger for your touch

I use a older model Griffin Powerjolt in my car for my iPhone, it really comes down cost since the one in your link is cheaper.
