Could someone help me out by recommending an vehicle maintenance notifier app which notifies based on milage by estimating what you should be by us plugging in how much we drive a year, or by checking what we have plugged in on multiple times? I've been searching and haven't found any yet.

Thanks!

I've tried gascubby and car minder and neither do what I am looking to do.

I am currently using Auto Care:

http://www.xper2solutions.com/autocare/

http://www.xper2solutions.com/autocare-user-guide/

(I am not affiliated with the company, I just use the product and I like it a lot!)

Love it. It lets me track mileage via the fill up and it lets me set up maintenance based off the mileage I use to fill up the car.

I can track multiple cars if I need to and also does a backup and restore via dropbox which is nice.

I can keep track of maintenance along with the cost of of the maintenance. I can setup alerts based on either dates for or based on a mileage I have setup as the mileage marker for the next service. Hope this makes sense.

I use google sheets. Simple 3 columns. Date, mileage, description.

Every 5k, 110k, 115k I do an oil change, not it in the app.

And from there. I have marked out 50k tranny drain, coolant flush, spark plugs, brake check organized and massaged to fit those base 5k intervals.

Big question (obviously not excel) do any of them calculate an estimated milage based on driving trends or how much we drive a month entered by us?

Everything I run into says they can notify on milage, but the milage never goes up unless I input it, which using notepad would work the best. Problem is my wife will come to me saying that her car is over by about 5k for the oil change.
