CarbonCopyCloner CCC SafteyNet vs Snapshot?

Hello, can someone tell me what is better for saving different versions of a file? SafteyNet or Snapshots? Also which one uses less space?

If you want to preserve changes you will need to use snapshots

FWIW - I don’t use the “safety net” nor “snap shots” (used Safety Net in the past but i never really needed it) - but I do make multiple back ups with CCC on different days of the week - in case of a bad back up or perhaps deleted file / folder etc.

Am also using “incremental” back-ups - very fast - easy
