So I just got an iPhone again after a short stint with Android. I tried to add my credit card to Apple Pay, but it failed at first.

I've googled and tried everything. Rebooting, changing my passcode, reinstalling the OS, signing in and out of iCloud, and readding it, but I can't add the card.

It doesn't show up on iCloud.com, and the phone acts like no card has been added.

It's a Discover card.

Any ideas?

Could be a bug on the Discover side. You might try contacting them to see if they can help. Have you tried adding a different credit card, to see if it's just a Discover problem?

I don't have any other cards I can try with.

Make sure address on card is exact what you add - Apple seems very sensitive to address matches including spelling.

It never asks me for an address. Just the card number, name, expiration date, and security code.

Also trying to add it through the Discover app also says it's currently in Wallet

i’m having this exact issue on the iPadOS 14 beta. anyone have any ideas that i could try to resolve it? already tried signing in and out of iCloud and changing my passcode. when i initially added it, it successfully added, but then was stuck on “Activating...” so i removed it to try and readd it and now i get the already in wallet message each time i try again
