Cards - Sending International Birthday Card

Hey all,
I wonder if anyone of you have already tried out the new Cards app
But whenever I put an address into the recipient's area, it always says not verified (it's outside US)

Of course I'm sure its the correct address so I sent it anyway, but when I check the order status it is sending back to my address for some reason :mad:

should I not send out anything until it says verified?

I have cancelled the order, not gonna do anything until the problem is solved.
