CardSwitcher "like" control for iOS 7 with a tweak?

I liked on my 6.1 JB when I had CardSwitcher which works like iOS 7 appswitcher, that I could fling the apps closed by going up, or pulling down then releasing them like a slingshot.

Does anyone know of a tweak to iOS 7 appswitcher to allow the slingshot gestures?
