CarPlay cooler full speed

hello everyone.

I have a problem with my generic screen bought on Aliexpress, after 2 years it worked perfectly and after the first long trip the cooler made a strange noise so I changed it for a new one, now it doesn't make that noise anymore but it is working at full speed and it is quite annoying, I tried downloading some applications to control the cooler, but none of them work. could you help me? thank you!

That said, the fix is easy. Just zap the PRAM.
