iPhone Carrier Bundles from iOS 7 betas?

Anyone know where to find them? Apparently there are 14.5.x version of AT&T's carrier file out there but I've exhausted google at this point. Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

While they are out, they've already been outdated by the updated AT&T has put out within the past month. Just wait for the public release and you'll get them.
