Hello there!
Long time reader - first time poster. Hope you could help me.

Situation is as follows:
I'm currently runing JB iOS 6.1.2 on iPhone 5 (A1429 version). My carrier bundle names is LMT_lv.bundle.
Recently my carrier started to offer LTE, and I have tried to use LTE with my SIM on other iPhone 5 running iOS7 - it works.
Problem is that my carrier settings on iOS 6.1.2. are not updated and will not offer me to enable the LTE data connection (it doesn't have "Enable LTE" toggle) on my device.
iTunes does not offer carrier settings udate. Carrier says that I have to update my device to latest iOS version to get the LTE.

I've managed to modify the carrier.plist file to show "Enable 4G" toggle, but I can't figure out how to show "Enable LTE" toggle.

Is it even possible to update/modify carrier settings or bundle to enable using LTE data w/o updating to iOS7? It might be possible as I've found some modified carrier settings for T-mobile.
Is it possible to copy bundles from un-jailbroken devices? If so - will it work if I just copy/paste all the files from my carrier's bundle?

Long story short - is it possible to get carrier settings from iOS7 to iOS 6.1.2.?

I'd imagine even if it was possible, you would need to install CommCenter (something related to that name anyways, don't remember the exact name) from cydia

Hello guys!

Sorry for bumping the thread.
The problem is not solved yet.

Maybe there is another method to enable LTE on iOS 6.1.2.? I really don't want to loose my jailbreak to get the LTE speeds.

I am also willing to experiment - if it is possible, then someone with iOS 7 could copy my carrier's carrier bundle and post it here. I will try to explore it and figure it out myself.
