Anyone use Carrot Weather? I'm looking for more secret locations. You unlock them by doing certain things, like searching for a location or using the app certain times/days. I've unlocked a few, the only one I know how I did it was the Apple R&D Labs was unlocked by searching for Cupertino, CA. I've also unlocked Baltimore State Hospital, Mount Doom, and Lars Homestead.

So I just got around to checking that link out, I have no idea what to do with that info:). It's just a bunch of code or something I guess I'm not smart enough to decipher.
check these tags:

<key>unlockCondition</key>
<string>opens</string>
<key>unlockThreshold</key>
<string>100</string>

unlockConditions says what to do to unlock, unlockThreshold how many times. For the example you have to open 100 times the app

Ya I figured out last night

Thank-you for the swift reply

Can anyone tell me how to unlock the moon? I have no idea how to trigger "error" unlock condition.
You have to have some connection errors, even with airplane mode or some timeout. Moon and North pole will show when no connection is available.

Can someone help with this? I'm stuck on Mission 17. I know where the Titanic sank, but since it's in the name ocean without a land mass or other marker to help figures out distance when you zoom in, I can't seem to find the precise location.

Thanks.

It can help to look at a map to find the approximate search area, then once you start getting a signal you can triangulate the exact position by tapping different areas on the screen to see if the signal gets stronger or weaker.

I'm using my carrot weather on a phone. I know the approximate location, but it is always "faint signal." I've tried zooming in a little to get a stronger signal, but that hasn't helped, as there isn't really a marker to use in helping scan different areas, since it's the ocean.

Yeah, that's definitely the hardest one - that's why I saved it for last! I know it's definitely possible to get it, since a bunch of people have finished the currently available secret locations.

I used this map as a reference:

You'll want to change the map view on the Carrot app (bottom right corner) so you can match up the areas closely. Then you start triangulating as normal. The key to this secret spot is that you will be zooming in multiple times to get deep enough in the ocean.
