Cas 7 or Cas 9 on DDR3 PC8500?

Hi all.
I got a great deal on 2x4GB ram from Fry's ($120.00) and noticed they were CL9. I thought my Mac Mini (Late 2009) only took CL7?
Computer seems to run great, but wondering if have a higher cas with degrade over the long run or I won't be getting the optimum speed out of my mini?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Okay cool! Thanks for the info.
Was worried I bought the wrong memory and the mini wouldn't work the way it should. Also Best Buy would charge me another $40 to have the memory swapped again!!!
