I ranted a little while ago about a reseller damaging my case when my MBP went in for a logic board and fan assembly replacement.
I've just got it back, two case replacements later.
When I picked it up, it looked fine. However, after about a day's use, the bottom case is bulging out ever so slightly along the front (just above the IR receiver). It's not major - only a millimetre or so. I can press the bulge back in and it looks fine, but then it springs back out again.
I'm wondering if maybe I'm being too picky? Then again, somebody did point out that if you send your car in for repair and when it comes back the door doesn't close properly , you wouldn't accept it.
Am I wrong in thinking that the computer should come back in as new condition if the repair is the result of Apple's manufacturing defect?
