Just got myself one of these Cases with “Camera Protection” and I am absolutely happy with it, I was worried it would feel cheap and flimsy but it actually feels strong and sturdy and the Camera Protection slider is solid and slides smoothly and seems to “click” into place when I close it :D

i bought it off a local online retailer here in South Africa called Takelot. Not sure who the actual manufacturer is but if you type in “iPhone case with Camera Protection” in Amazon you should be able to find the same sort of case.

The material of the case is described as “Thermo-plastic rubber” and it does indeed feel very “rubbery” and grippy, so I am very happy, I think it also gives the phone a nice “techy” look, lol.

I hope more case manufacturers jump on this type of design with the lens protection, no more wiping before I take a shot, I just clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth and close the protector and that’s it.

Haha! Right!? I miss those days, I had a W800i Walkman Phone that had the little switch to open and close the camera cover which automatically opened the camera app as well as a K850i with that cover that was behind the glass.

Talk about tech nostalgia, good times, wish Sony Ericsson was still around.
