just recently got my AirPods and was wondering if they make a case for them. Or cases. Wanting something that will protect the actual case somewhat. So it doesn’t get broke. Thanks guys.

They actually make a protective skin for the case. It Doesn't add a lot of bulk, but it also gives it some protection.

That case only appears to prevent the actual case from getting scratched, not going to prevent the case from breaking.
You didn't read the Product description Or reviews. This is what the manufacturer lists below regarding this product. And the reviews have been indicating that it does help against drops to prevent breaking/shocks from mid height levels . So the recommendation is suitable for what OP is looking for.
