If you fall into the multiple ID bucket where you're using different IDs between iCloud and iTunes/App Store how should you setup Apple Card such that you have access to your prior purchases but still benefit from cash back when making purchases from iTunes/App Store?

If you cannot consolidate the IDs how can Apple recognize cash back when using a different ID since Apple strongly encourages the use of iCloud IDs when applying for Apple Card.

Your Apple Card is associated with your iCloud account, full stop. You cannot use Apple Card without Apple Pay, and you cannot use Apple Pay without iCloud.

Add your Apple Card as a payment method manually through iTunes and App Store billing settings if you don't see a message in the Wallet app. You should be able to get 3% cash back that way.

you can use Apple Card numbers presented in wallet app. Apple Pay, Card Number, or Titanium Card, no matter how you use Apple Card at apple stores and services (including some apple financing options) you will get 3% cash back on your main Apple Card account tied Apple Cash card.

I tested this by myself. With any methods of Apple Card payment I used at apple, I got 3% cash back. Even using physical card at my local Apple Store gave me 3% back (1% on any other physical card purchases)
