I have just bought an iPad Pro to replace my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 - I am trying to cast BT Sports to my TV through the app but keep getting an error. Any ideas?

TV supports Airplay - have never had an issue with the Tab S6 when doing this so I know BT can be casted through.

Seems in this thread that there are some known issues and possible solutions.

They're investigating it? Usually that means it takes forever for the app maker to actually fix the issue. 😅 😆

Do other AirPlay sources work?
Does AirPlay work for you with other devices?

The TV is a Samsung QE80R

Seems to work on everything else I have tried - just BT appears to be the issue. It seems to work if I mirror the iPad to the TV but the quality is really poor that way.

Could it be some artificial limit like Netflix does who completely removed the AirPlay options ? Maybe worth checking with the developer right away - and leave appropriate feedback on the App Store while you’re at it. Best success!
