Catalina 10.15.6 everything is HUGE

So my MP 7,1 updated overnight to Catalina 10.15.6 and all the text has doubled in size and the folders on the desktop are all twice the size
Also, using Magnet to resize windows and Music will not conform - I get a message stating that it is already at its narrowest size
Is this normal - I checked Accessibility settings and I have not zoomed in on anything

Ahhh thank you - I wonder why the update would have changed it to scaled
