Catalina: Can't log into Mac via Settings

Just wondering if this is a bug. Suspect it is.

I keep getting a message that services will not be available until I log into my Mac via settings.

I log in, it is initially accepted and seconds later the process repeats itself.

Is this a current known bug? Thanks in advance.

Do you mean logging into iCloud? That's a bug. The Supplemental Update today might fix it.

Yeah, I really did a horrible job of titling the thread.

This is my problem. It won't let me turn on store in iCloud. I am already logged in with my Apple ID and password and I did the update today.
