Forget ever upgrading then.........not going to take the chance of bricking my MBA at this point (as being away from home ATM makes it too mission-critical for me) or my iMac (because that thing cost a pretty penny)

I just upgraded to Mojave last night, and that was after I felt confident that it would not harm my MBA early 2015; so far so good. I almost went with Catalina, but something told me to wait.

Apple really jacked this all up... Catalina is a complete pile of poo!

I upgraded (use that word lightly) and reverted back after numerous issues! Mail required a double launch to open, deleted emails, non working 32 bit apps ect, ect, ect...

Apple should be ashamed of themselves for releasing alpha software to the masses...

I had planned on making the move back to Windows at some point, but not until my machines finally fail. Would rather not have that timeline accelerated if I could help it at all.

I don't mind Windows and just picked up a Surface Laptop 3.. It's a nice machine but I always miss macOS and the continuity and handoff Apple offers between mac, iPhone and Apple TV....

I had hoped Catalina would improve on macOS but it's trash at the moment. I honestly can't believe Apple has not rushed out fixes for it yet.. It's Alpha software at the moment. Maybe the next update will progress it to Beta then by version .5 or .6 it becomes usable....
