Catalina + iOS 12= No Handoff and Continuity features working anymore.

Hello, I'm not sure this is happening to everyone, but since I'm using macOS 10.15 Catalina, whenever I want to share the webpage I'm using on Safari, it doesn't work on my iPhone 8, which is still on iOS 12. This is not new, this is happening since I'm using the beta of Catalina. Are you experiencing the same issue? Thank you.

Handoff is not working between iOS 13 and macOS Mojave. I can pick up what I left on iPhone on the Mac but cannot do it the other way around. Although this is not the exact issue you encountered, it seems there is incompatibility between the new and older versions of iOS and macOS.

Exactly @coldwaves! That's what I suspected! There's some sort of incompatibility between the new operating systems and old ones.

I mean, I plan to upgrade to iOS 13 on my iPhone 8 and all the devices on my home, and I will upgrade to Catalina (I'm actually typing this from Catalina on an external SSD), BUT, What if I didn't want to update my devices? Or not all of them? I'd have had some issues, I'm afraid. That's an ugly move from Apple.

It looks like backwards compatibility is broken across all devices. Not encouraging.

If it helps it's broken both ways. Doesn't work between iOS 13 and macOS 10.13/10.14 either. Looks like you need iOS 13 and macOS 10.15 for it to work at least somewhat.
