Catalina multiple user issues??!

Upgraded to Catalina this morning and it won't allow multiple users to remain logged in at once. I have 3 logins for it. One for myself. One for the wife. And one for Plex. I usually leave Plex logged in so the server runs. If I switch between users it logs everyone out and goes to the login screen instead of swapping.


What am I missing?

i have 2 accounts on one Mac, no problem for me (but this is a clean install). any error message in the console ? I am not an expert tho but might give you a hint

No issues doing so here. Might want to reach out to support, as I wouldn't even know where to start on this!

If I go to switch logins, it starts to look like it's signing into the other one. Screen goes black. Then back to the login screen with none of them logged in. Really annoying. No obvious error notes either.

I have multiple users, they're all logged in at the same time, no problems.

But it takes longer to switch between users - about seven seconds.

Clean install fixed it. Odd. Thanks for the replies.
