Catalina: Problem with hiding windows

Hi there!

I've always used Cmd-h and Option-Cmd-h to hide windows. However I sometimes noticed that this is simply not working. Also the option is greyed out in the menu bar. While writing this post I have Mail and Safari open. With an active Safari I am not able to hide the windows.

Is this a known Catalina issue?

never experienced that here (in ANY version of the OS); try clicking on the finder/desktop, then try again...
