In MacBook Pro latest 2013 I upgraded to Catalina but It uses significant power so battery drains in few time.
I reset PRAM, NVRAM ram and SMC. Issue is always present. Suggestions please?

Give it a day or two to settle down - OS needs to finish few things for itself.

That being said, don't expect it to be more performant than Mojave currently is and be prepared to face issues on daily basis. (Have you read the forums?). Good luck.

So It was to keep Mojave!
Many years ago I think Apple was different with new OSX...

From what I have seen and read, yea I would say so - staying on Mojave for a few more months at least would make your life easier.
