My primary account has been locked for security reasons (resulting in being locked out of key devices and Apple software). Somehow the PW got changed and / or I can’t remember the password?

Apple message support hasn’t helped after sending ‘How to reset password” and “verifying ID” articles outlining their SOP procedure for resetting passwords. However, I can not receive codes to verify my identity when sent to my primary iPhone because it is locked as well (and I can not access mail). This results in a loop where I’m directed back to the entry point to start this procedure over.

I would appreciate if anyone can come up with a solution to this conundrum. Many thanks. 🙏🏻
