I downloaded the categories app from Cydia/Rock and I really like putting apps in folders for organization and what not. However I made a folder called Apple Tools and put uncommonly used things like calender and voice memo, etc. So I downloaded a new theme and wanted to change the icon. Couldn't change it. Wanted to change the name. Couldn't change it. Wanted to delete the folder. Won't delete. I even went as far as uninstalling the categories app and the folder still shows up. I emptied out the folder so nothing is in there but it just will not go away. Has anyone run into this or is it possible to get rid of this empty folder? Thanks for the help.

Did you remove the apps first. Then you use categories to delete the folder. Then reboot.

And you can make a custom icon to replace the folder.

Did that. Removes it then once I reload springboard it comes back in both the categories app and on the home screen. All apps are removed from the folder. I guess I could live with it but it's frustrating.
