Is there also a way to leave comments? And can these comments be rated?
Is there a categorisation system in place with which people that want to be answering can filter their field of interest?
Can people that answered see somehow what the decision of the questionnee was?

Seems this app would be depending largely on a community that would be answering these questions. How is the quality of these answers checked?
