im trying to watch How I Met Your Mother,

and the much to my surprise living in Canada has its drawbacks! so does anyone know how to disguise my computer so i am able to watch this episode?

I'm pretty sure it goes by IP address, which comes from your provider. I'm not into hacking, so if anyone could figure this out, I'd love to know as well.

One of the online Proxy systems should allow you to do this. A better question is, does CTV or whatever channel has the show not have a Video Player on thier site?

Now I see what the problem is... No Canadian Network broadcasts "How I Met Your Mother". WTF? They play "'Til Death" and "Back to You" but not "HIMYM"??

I've been loading up on Hawaii 5-0 on that site (and of course How I Met Your Mother, my favourite). Dog slow at times tho'...

Would Anonymizer.com do any good? I'm not sure how IP tracing stuff works...
