Devils and Dust, the new Bruce CD, will not eject frommy iBook G4. What should i do? Does it matter that it is a dual sided disc? HELP!!!

Restart the computer and hold down the mouse button...


Or use Disk Utility..


And it shouldn't matter whether you use a dual-side or not...
your slot load disc-ejecter arm may be going bad....

If you reboot and hold the mouse button down that does a force eject, I think.

Have you tried ejecting from Disk Utility or iTunes?

It seems to be a hardware problem, as when it ejects, I hear the mechanism working normally, but it only comes out a sliver, and the computer just sucks it back in. Is the arm going bad?

It must have been something with the dual sided disc b/c i got Devils and dust out by holding the comp sideways and it slid out. When I put in a CDR, itworked normal. Wierd.
