Wish I new what I was doing wrong. I hit apply and the dock disappears down then back up and it stays the same. I'm trying to use the clear 3d dock.
If you mean "clean 3D" I just tried it and it worked OK.
When you installed cDock version 8.1 were you prompted to install SIMBL and then asked for a password?

Guess I'm going to have to wait for the next update. Missing my 3D goodness!
Or you could download and run "FindAnyFile" using cDock as the input word and then delete the 18 associated files it finds thus totally removing cDock. After that is done download and reinstall cDock.

Search results for cDock using FindAyFile...

I already tried that but I used iFileX instead. Found 20 files and moved all to trash and then emptied trash and then reinstalled cDock. No help still won't load. Just to add DockMod works fine. Don't know what the problem is with cDock. Oh well I'm happy I've got the 3d dock back.

cDock has been updated to 8.2 with many bug fixes, and it is now working on Mavericks, the latest version with the last security updates, as well as the latest version of Yosemite 10.10.4.

Thanks for the heads up but it still doesn't work for me. That's ok because Dockmod works fine. It just cost 10.00.
