So not sure a thread like this exist, but I will start one fresh. (Searched and did not see much for results anyhow.)
I have 3 lines.
ATT and Verizon seem to be the most expensive out there, and when you add phones into the mix then the prices really jump.

Looking at T Mobile I like how there price includes taxes and fees, however I want to ask if anyone has any experience with them:
1) How is it dealing with them as a company?
2) Is the pricing correct? What they say on there site is it actually the correct price with taxes & fees, and the secondary question are there any add on charges for any missing features?

Looking at Sprint they seem to be the absolute cheapest, now their prices do not state to include fees and taxes. It seems with their total package plan it is $100 for 3 lines at least for a year then it increase $30 which does not seem like a terrible deal. I estimate withe taxes/fees at $130 I would be somewhere in the ballpark of $150-$160 for the 3 lines, which is about $10 less than T-Mobile and also all the money I save for the first year.

So really just looking for some clarification and if anyone can clear up any of the statements and point me In the correct direction.

Seems ATT & Verizon are terribly expensive.

T-Mobile customer service has been great for me whether you contact them via FB, official app or in store. The price quoted should be right (may slightly be off by few $) you can ask them for a breakdown per line as well. But it is for unlimited everything for T-Mobile One plan, you can save $10 if you use less than 2GB per line. T-Mobile doesn’t charge for each device access fee like Verizon but they do offer extra features at additional cost. Before switching, you can test drive their network for 30-days risk free. Free roaming internationally but data speed may be slow though.

I love T-Mobile. For me they have been the only carrier besides Sprint who can actually get me service at my house here in Denver Colorado.

I have two lines for $100 with a third line for free. The bill always totals exactly $100 because I have autopay selected. T-Mobile also has 50GB of data included before you may be reprioritized which just means it may slow down after 50GB during peak usage times. I've never even come close to using half that amount. My plan was a limited time deal almost two years ago.

Depending on what plan you choose, hotspot may cost more if you want LTE speeds. My plan includes hotspot at 3G speeds but I can upgrade that for $10 per month.

Their customer service has always been top notch to me. If I call during the day, I get connected to their reps right here in Colorado. If I call at 2AM I get connected to reps obviously overseas BUT unlike AT&T, T-Mobile has 24/7 customer service.

The T-Mobile app is really good. You can instantly talk to support, instead of having to wade thru Twitter etc.

I have two different lines with Verizon and T-Mobile. Coverage and speed has been very similar between the two.

As to Sprint, I was with them for 15+ years. Coverage and speed sucked even though it was a metropolitan area. I will never get on the sinking ship again. Customer service was always terrible and they never did what they promised.

Sprint says there service is on par with VZW. The fact they charge $100 for 3 lines sounds amazing but I also see where T Mobile has purchased Sprint.

In the best case scenario looks like T Mobile might be the winner but they don't appear to be as cheap as they use to be. Their price seems close to Verizon.

One question for T mobile users, is the mobile hotspot included??

No issues here with Sprint. They have the best unlimited with no throttling. If the TMO-Sprint merger goes through it could be the best of both worlds.

If you have Xfinity home service, Xfinity Mobile seems to be cheapest.
After that is Cricket.

Both of which have really good signal service. TMobile has secondary signal strength outside of dense cities.

I live in a city with >500K people and tried Xfinity Mobile which was a joke. Latency was always >150ms. Seems, Xfinity has some weird routing compare to Verizon. Just look at their forum, you would be lucky to get better. As for speeds, standing outside with full 4 bar LTE, I was regularly getting 0.49 mbps download compare with 70 mbps on ATT in the same spot.

I've been with T-Mobile for over a year after switching from AT&T and I haven't regretted the switch one bit. Coverage has been as good or better than AT&T. My wife is still with AT&T through her job and we travel quite frequently throughout the year. With a few exceptions (Kauai and some rural areas on the mainland) I haven't had very many issues with data connectivity.

T-Mobile is also great because while we were in the Bahamas back in March for vacation, I was able to use WhatsApp to call the place where we board our dog since I received a VM that they had to take to take him to the vet because he was under the weather. I didn't have to worry about how much my bill would be the next month because it was exactly the same as the previous twelve months. Granted the speeds are reduced, but it was enough to place the call and stay connected. Whereas with my wife, she would have incurred additional charges on her next month bill with AT&T.
