I have iPhone 6 with iOS 10.2.2. with AT&T.
Before I could turn off individual app's cellular data usage under the "settings"->"cellular".

Now I cannot turn them on or off. They are greyed out and no option to move the button on or off.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
If so, how do I turn individual app's cellular data usage on/off?

Thanks.

Perhaps that might be disabled in restrictions for some reason?

Thanks! I had not thought of that. But I don't know why all of a sudden it would be.
But that is exactly what I found under "Settings" -> "General" -> "Restrictions"

I had no idea there was such a restriction with iOS 10.
