iPad Pro Cellular iPad Pro rebate?

So does anyone know if i buy an iPad Pro from bestbuy do i still get the $200 off cellular plan as does from apple store?
and what kind of plan do i need (T-Mobile), I’m not an existing customer on At&t so that’s a no go i guess.

Apple Store only promotion, I believe.

That said, Best Buy often has discounts on iPads when you do carrier installments. Alas, you're locked to carrier and might need to keep the plan for the length of the term to keep the discount.
