Centered Printing - I can't.

For the life of me, I can not get TRULY centered printing, I always get things about .25 in. off. Sometimes more.

I've -
* Printed in Photoshop, turned off Margins, scaled the print.
* Tried in iPhoto, same thing.
* Tried in Preview, same thing.

Can anyone help, I need truly centered images, equal on all sides.

Have you tried another printer? If you use multiple programs and get the same result, thats a good indication that it might not be the computer.

Sounds like the printer driver is the issue, not the OS--it's certainly capable of centering prints.

What printer is it, and have you checked to see if there's a newer driver available on the manufacturer's website?
