iPhone Certain apps still not downloading/throwing errors

I have been able to install just about everything I want, but I still have 2 tweaks that I just can't get. The others would all give me different messages every time before finally working. For some reason Forecast and Jukebox have always thrown (2) "HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden" messages instantly when I hit install. Anyone having the same problem or know why I would still be getting these? Thanks.

Thanks. Wasn't sure as these seemed to be acting differently in that the error is the same every single time and others seemed to be working pretty well today. Thanks for the response.

It's just going to be very shaky until tomorrow or the day after, things are improving though.

I'm getting that with Applocker, as well. The one true app I want, of course. Just have to keep on it.

I am strongly disliking BigBoss. His repo is the only one I can't download from.

The 2 I mentioned are on mmi. I forgot I also haven't been able to finish getting Dashboard X yet either.
