Certain DVD's are noisier when Handbraking?

Hi there.

Strange question. I have been ripping my movie collection in Handbrake, and its all pretty quiet in my Mac Mini's drive..

I ripped some Family Guy as well, but then when it comes to putting in Peep Show discs... the drive is very noisy and 'vibrate-y'.

Why is this?

I always assumed when they done that they had stricter copy protection, I'm not sure though.

Probably imperfections in the DVD itself. Heavier on one side than it is on the other or something...
