iOS certificate submission to programme portal

Hi,

In the process of CSR Submission to the programme portal, it asks to upload the csr generated to the portal via
iPhone Programme Portal -> Certificates -> Development -> upload csr. [as per the SubmitCSR.jpg attached ]

Problem is I didn't found as above to upload csr. instead of the above i got different scenario when i Logged on to iPhone programme portal, screen shot is attaced as iPhone Programme Portal.png.

why is this change.
I am logged in as admin user.
I didnt had uploaded the csr to the Programme portal yet.

Do anyone have this type of issue..if so please support

I am just getting started with this also. There are very detailed instructions in

Standard Program Portal User Guide for iPhone OS 3.1,

which you can download from the portal.

That's really weird, it looks like something went buggy on the website. You'll need to contact them and maybe post in their forum.

There's been some website bugs in the past year sometimes screwing things up for a few days.

Nothing seems to buggy,

Just by clicking the Request Certificate button, u will be redirected to the other screen to upload the csr file...
