iPhone Chances of a Sealed iPhone 4 having iOS 6.1.2 or earlier installed?

I'm buying a 8GB iPhone 4 from Virgin Mobile US at Target tmrw.

I want to JB it but obviously it has run 6.1.2 or earlier.


What are my chances of it having 6.1.2 or earlier installed so I can Jailbreak it?
