Chances of Apple music launching outside of the US today

I noticed that the apple uk website states music is "Coming soon" whereas the US site states todays date.

Do you think it'll only be released in the US today?

A lot of the UK media sites are stating a release for today but there's actually been no concrete information from Apple.

As far as I remember, Apple said Apple Music will launch in around 100 countries at June 30th. But it is confusing that other than the US website, Apple websites of any country says "coming soon".

They said in the WWDC keynote it would launch in 100 countries on June 30th.
