Change AirDrop Download Location

Hello,

I am searching for a way to modify macOS to accept files from AirDrop to a specific folder. In my case, changing from the local ~/Downloads folder to a custom iCloud Downloads folder.

I have found a few automator tricks online, but they are all set up for 10.14 or 10.15 and don't work on 11.0 (Big Sur). Hoping someone might have a trick to change the AirDrop receiving location for Big Sur.
