(I have a 1703FP Dell external monitor hooked up to my Macbook via miniDVI-DVI)
Whenever I right-click "Change desktop background", both monitors reset to the Aqua background. Then, whatever I change the external monitors background to, the macbook's display copies it and uses the same bg. (MIRRIORING IS NOT ON)
When I change the background on the macbook's screen, the little preview switches to it, but the actual background doesn't. This has happened atleast 3 times. A disk permissions repair and a reboot usually fix it.
This is extremely annooying and shouldn't happen, does anyone know how to fix it?
