Hey, I recently graduated from high school and I want to view my ap scores. Since I live in california I cant see my scores for 2 more days, but people on the east coast can see theirs today. The ap site can check your location to see if you are eligable to see your scores. What is a good way I can fool the site into thinking that I am on the east coast? I know a couple friends who say they have done this with a proxy server, but I havent gotten a proxy site to work. Is there maybe a way to change the location that my mac thinks it is at? I'm open to any suggestions (dont say that I should just wait 2 days, thats no fun :p)

It's not the location on your Mac, but that of your ISP's modem.

I can understand your anticipation, but it'd be better to wait until you're authorized to view your scores. It'll be a great lesson in patience.

Ok, I know two people who managed to do it with a proxy. I guess I'll keep trying there. It's not that I'm so desperate for the scores, if you know what I mean. College board says "wait 2 days", and I find it fun to try get it today, just because the college board said no >:D

I hope your fun of "getting in" two days early doesn't equate to hacking their system and thus jeopardizing any potential career or future college attendance.

uhhh... you misunderstand. I'm not hacking anything. Just fooling the site into thinking that my location is on the east coast, rather than the west.

What In doing is not in any way illegal, I even found several forum topics on the college board that explained how to do this. I just found an internet proxy located in new york. Took *forever* to load, but I got my scores :D
