so i want to format a partition in the same drive thati am using for time machine, its is already partitioned in two, half for time machine and half for torage purposes, now the problem is teh storage part is formatted on fat32, and i want to make it ntsf so that ic an tranfer files bigger than 4Gb how do i do this on my wondow machine (from what i understand i can't do this on my macbook) but this windows thing doesnt have a disk utility application hahah,, anyways any help is greatly appreciated...

If it's already FAT32 and visible to Windows, you can reformat it by right clicking on the drive in 'My computer' and seleting 'format'. This will, obviously, wipe all of the data on the partition.
