iPhone Change how much louder/quiter music gets with every button push?

Is there a way to change the difference in volume each push of the volume button? I have very sensitive Shure IEMs, and pushing a volume button once will make it go from way too quiet to way too loud. Some way to make it go in quarter steps would be awesome, similar to the "Shift+Option+Volume" trick on OSX pre-Lion.

VolumeStep is the tweak i use, springtomize 2 might have the tweak in it already aswell.
