Hi,

I think I've caused myself a lot of work, but maybe somebody on here can help..

First off - still on El Capitan, I have recently set up a company that allows me to work from home - yay!

I have a copy on MailMate installed on user A - this is me(at home), I now want to create user B(my company) and separate the two to give me back a work/life balance, but when I created user b the MailMate icon has a no entry sign - the circle with the line across it and zero bytes - I THINK I installed MailMate as "me only" from User A - is there anyway to change the install to enable user B to use the program.

I get the error"You can't open the application "MailMate" because it may be damaged or incomplete" - I've rebooted and cmd R and run "first aid" on the ssd.

I have all my business emails (3GB ) in Mailmate, but do have a CCC backup just in case.

Thanks,

Thanks, but no.

I've been through all that and the inbuilt help pages, I've posted on the MM issue tracker and on MR.

Can you reinstall under your User B profile?

Maybe, but I'm worried that the fact that MM is showing up already in the user b profile, could it cause problems for the original user a installation - it's my own fault for not separating all this in the first place, now I'm more than a little worried that if I damage something I'm risking the 6000 emails that are sitting inside the MM install - which simply put is my entire business - hence wanting to move slowly.
